Mark Matousek Media LLC does not issue refunds on digital products (Self-Study Courses, Podcasts, Audio Books, eBooks) once the order is placed and the product is sent. We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances. We will consider a refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally buy the same digital product more than once, we will refund the duplicate purchase(s).
- Product Defects: If the product you receive is corrupted, damaged, or otherwise unusable, we will work with you to fix the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will issue a refund.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive a different product than the one you purchased, we will provide you with the correct product. If that is not possible, we will issue a refund.
All refund requests are subject to our review and discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine the request is fraudulent or falls outside the scope of our policy. Be sure to include your name, the name of the product, date of purchase, and contact information along with a detailed description of the issue.
