Mark Matousek Media LLC does not issue refunds on digital products (Self-Study Courses, Podcasts, Audio Books, eBooks) once the order is placed and the product is sent. We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances. We will consider a refund in the following situations:

• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally buy the same digital product more than once, we will refund the duplicate purchase(s).
• Product Defects: If the product you receive is corrupted, damaged, or otherwise unusable, we will work with you to fix the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved, we will issue a refund.
• Incorrect Product: If you receive a different product than the one you purchased, we will provide you with the correct product. If that is not possible, we will issue a refund.

All refund requests are subject to our review and discretion. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine the request is fraudulent or falls outside the scope of our policy.
