Registration and Payment Information

All registrations require a $500 non-refundable deposit and the completion of registration forms. To qualify for the Early Registration Retreat Fee, a $500 non-refundable deposit must be received by March 31, 2026 AND the full balance must be paid by April 30, 2026. Failure to fully pay the balance by April 30, 2026, will result in an increase to the Full Retreat Fee, payable by July 15, 2026.
All fees must be paid no later than July 15, 2026. Attendees who book after July 15 will be invoiced for the full retreat fee. We are happy to set up payment plans that meet the payment deadlines. If payment in full is not received by July 15, 2026, we have the right to cancel your registration and will refund any monies based on the Cancellation Schedule below.

Cancellation Policy and Refund Schedule

The schedule below refers to cancellations made by a registered guest. If Mark Matousek Media cancels the retreat for any reason, guests will be reimbursed 100% of any monies collected. With respect to Covid-19 or any other health emergency, Mark Matousek Media will only cancel the retreat if travel out of the United States or to Italy is not possible. Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be based on the date the cancellation request is received.
Cancel on or before June 30, 2026: 100% refund of collected fees less the $500 non-refundable deposit
Cancel July 1 – July 15, 2026: 75% of collected fees less the $500 non-refundable deposit
Cancel July 16 – August 15, 2026: 50% of collected fees less the $500 non-refundable deposit
Cancel August 16 – August 31, 2026: 25% of collected fees less the $500 non-refundable deposit
Cancel on or after September 1, 2026: No refund
